Bridge Tower:
A Contemporary Condo Renovation

This Lenox Hill co-op renovation transforms a dated apartment in a newer residential building into a refined and highly functional home tailored to contemporary living. While the building itself was relatively new, the interiors featured standard builder grade finishes that lacked warmth, character, and cohesion. The renovation focused on elevating the apartment through carefully considered spatial improvements and custom detailing.

The project included a complete renovation of the kitchen and a reconfiguration and expansion of the primary bathroom. In the kitchen, the existing enclosed layout was opened into the adjacent dining and living areas to create a stronger sense of connection between the spaces. This new openness allows for improved circulation, better natural light, and a more social atmosphere suited to both everyday living and entertaining.

Custom cabinetry, a sculptural range hood, and integrated Sub-Zero appliances contribute to the kitchen’s clean and tailored appearance. A dedicated beverage center adds convenience and reinforces the kitchen’s role as a gathering space within the home. Calacatta marble countertops and a dramatic waterfall edge introduce a sense of elegance while providing continuity throughout the space.

The primary bathroom was thoughtfully reorganized to maximize comfort and functionality. Key changes included the addition of a spacious double shower and a freestanding soaking tub, transforming the room into a calm and luxurious retreat. Calacatta marble wraps the space, creating a cohesive and timeless material palette. A new custom vanity and an expanded full width mirror further enhance the sense of openness, light, and sophistication.
